1. About PlanFlowers

PlanFlowers (ABN 52 202 079 312) is an automated occasion-based flower delivery service operated from Sydney, Australia. We help you schedule recurring flower deliveries for important dates like birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions.

2. How Our Service Works

When you create an occasion with PlanFlowers:

  • You provide recipient details, occasion date, and flower preferences
  • You save a payment method (no charge at signup)
  • We automatically charge your saved payment method 14 days before each scheduled delivery
  • Flowers are delivered on the occasion date
  • For recurring occasions, this process repeats annually

3. Payment Terms

Billing cycle: You are charged 14 days before each scheduled delivery date. This gives us time to prepare your order and ensures timely delivery.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry daily for up to 7 days. If payment cannot be processed within 7 days of the delivery date, the order will be cancelled.

Currency: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

4. Changes and Cancellations

You may edit or cancel any order up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery date through your dashboard at no charge.

  • Editing: Change flower selection, message, or delivery address
  • Cancelling: Cancel a specific delivery (recurring occasions will continue next year)
  • Pausing: Temporarily pause an occasion to skip deliveries

Changes within 7 days of delivery are not guaranteed and may require contacting support.

5. Volume Discounts

We offer discounts based on the total number of active occasions in your account:

  • 3-4 occasions: 5% discount on all orders
  • 5-9 occasions: 8% discount on all orders
  • 10+ occasions: 10% discount on all orders

Discounts are applied automatically and calculated at the time of charging.

6. Delivery

We deliver throughout the Sydney metropolitan area and select regional NSW locations. Delivery is included in the price (no additional delivery fees for standard deliveries).

Delivery guarantee: If flowers are not delivered on the scheduled date due to our error, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate recipient information, including delivery addresses and phone numbers. Incorrect information may result in failed deliveries, for which refunds cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlanFlowers acts as an intermediary between you and our florist partners. While we strive for excellence, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, emotional distress, or consequential losses.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at hello@planflowers.com.au. We aim to resolve all issues within 5 business days.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact NSW Fair Trading at fairtrading.nsw.gov.au.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
